I have had my pack for a couple of years now and I love it. It has held up extremely well. My pack doesn't have a single tear in it, the daisy chains are all like new still, and all zippers/clips are still working like new. Once I have the straps all adjusted properly I can hike all day without any issue after loading it up.
Packing is very easy. Between the side pockets, the top, the pocket for the sleeping bag, and main compartment I always have room left over, even on multi day trips.
Very pleased with the company and this pack in particular. 5 out of 5!
Bought this pack 6 months ago without much expections for such a budget price. The Escape has since earned my respect after some hammering on it in hikes, scrambles, free climbing, cycling, backcountry skiing and canyoneering here in Utah. You won't find a more comfortable all round pack at this price range and size.
I purchased this pack a few months ago. I needed something that will fit my bear canister for a 5 day backpacking trip. I use the Garcia Container, it's a little more narrower, and lay it on it's side at the bottom of the pack.
I've gone out a couple of times. The seams seem to pull a bit if over stuffed. My old pack had horrible straps. The waist strap on this one is great! One finger touch to loosen or give the strap a light tug to tighten. Price is great for my needs.

Teton Sports Escape 4300 Internal Frame Back Pack
After months of trying out expensive packs at REI and other outfitters I was DELIGHTED to find this pack. At 5'4" and 130lbs I thought I would never find a pack large enough for myself that would fit my frame (15" and fully adjustable). It fits like a glove and the straps and belt are made of the best softest material I have felt on any pack. It fit a friend who outweighed me by more than 40lbs very well. It is extremely versatile in that regard. I can't for the life of me figure out why similar size packs feel to be constructed from sandpaper and baling wire. While initially I had been looking for an ultralight pack the comfort of this pack was a welcome trade. Another favorite is the molding behind the head, so no need to keep your hear forward at an uncomfortable angle. There is ample room for a longer trek and pockets to keep one well organized. The pack itself is constructed from high quality materials that are meant to LAST. My second favorite that I almost settled for before finding the Teton is a Gregory 55. I recommend an ultralight or down sleeping bag if you want it to fit in the sleeping bag compartment, which isn't much of an issue because even it has a zipper if your bag won't fit. If you buy a down fill bag you can fit in a Thermarest pad as well. It comes with a high quality rain fly and in my opinion outperforms ALL of the more expensive brands. I wouldn't trade this one for a $500 pack!
