Mr Expedition from Ohio man bait gone no critter is not correct grammar and I think the product was quite remarkable caught 7 raccoons over a week
As others have stated, bait gone no critter. Design is poor. The name should have scared me away, humane alright cause you're feeding the pests.
A small/medium raccoon nearly destroyed this brand new cage. The wire is thin, weak, and poorly secured/welded. The trigger would not trip, so I had to sand some of the paint off, then use WD-40 to make it actually work. This trap should be advertised as disposable. We will be throwing it away. We just ordered a Havahart trap for about $20-25 more, and it is SO much better (it works perfectly right out of the box, the wire is twice as thick, and all the moving parts appear to be much better made). Please start stocking actual Havahart traps again in the stores!
Squirrels keep getting the bait and tripping the trap. Unfortunately the trap is empty. Trap is junk. Going to a kill trap.
Junk. I had to do a lot of customizing to the trap (bending supports, greasing joints, removing paint on trigger) to even get it to remotely work. Trigger is very heavy. I had all my bait stolen with coon tracks leading up to it before I tweaked it.
Traps came heavily coated in black paint. I had to sand the paint off the trip rod and supports to make the traps work properly. Other than that, a good general purpose trap for the money.
Alright for the neighborhood if you've got a problem with your trash being eaten. Kind of light weight, not sure if it'll hold a larger animal.
Not good. Caught a raccoon in the cage and the booger ate it's way through the door and squeezed itself out. The mesh-wire on the door is much thinner than the wire on rest of the cage. It should be manufactured with thicker wire on door to prevent this from happening. Brand new cage too! First time used!
