I like the lighter color, these jeans come in. They're a good pant with sneakers or hiking boots, because they sit on the shoe more...and don't drag the ground. They work for just running around in, but, I don't think you can dress them up, and look good.

I am not a fan of the lighter shade of blue. They tend to sit a little high on the waist, but as a work pant, they work well. They are a light enough denim I can wear them in the warmer months or with a light base layer in the colder months.
