Darren of Spanish Fork, UT - October, 31 2010:
Just got one of these in the 6.5-20x50. Best long range scope for the money by far. Tracks true, resetable turrets are nice and dials back to zero every time. Put it through some weather on a hunt and it held up perfectly. I know several guys with the same scope and they have had nothin but good luck with them.Steve of Greenville, NY - July, 28 2011:
Vortex optics is a top quality scope with a life time warranty for a low cost. I have 2 and will keep adding them to incoming firearms.tony of tucson, AZ - August, 06 2011:
Great scope....clarity is awesome....and competitive with optics 3x the moneytony of tucson, AZ - August, 24 2011:
6.5-20x50 Viper BDC reticle on my remington 700 30-06..no muzzle brake.....had it for a few months now...handles what recoil I have flawlessly...shooting anywhere from 535 yard to 862 yards last outing, stayed dialed in and the clarity is top notch at a fraction of the cost of some scopes...Building a 7mm REM MAG right now and will be buying another for it.Mind you...it MAY not compare completely to other brands...or better VORTEX models...but with my budget and this models ability...why look elsewhere?Patrick of Santa Fe, NM - September, 12 2011:
Incredible scope for the money. I was hoping to hold out for the new Vortex Viper series but couldn't wait any longer since a hunt came up. Scope sighted in very quickly, zeroed in a few rounds and was dead on for the hunt. Quality of glass and clarity of image is amazing also.DR of Sumter, SC - November, 22 2011:
Purchased 2 of the Viper scopes for some Long Range Precision Hunter rifles. Size of the scope is perfect, not to big or too small - just right to compliment the rifle. The clarity of the lens is better than any Leupold or Nikon scope I have. I can see the ragged edges of the .204 bullet holes at 100 yards. Tracking is true and return to zero always positive. You get a tremendous amount of scope for your money with the Viper scope.Bob of Parma, ID - April, 28 2012:
The only problem that I forsee is the eye relief at very high power is very crucial.Clay Price of Globe, AZ - January, 07 2011:
This scope is by far the best scope on the market. It is just as good as any swaroski, nightforce, or other very expensive scope. BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. Heck I would have paid 800.00 or even more for this scope it is that clear and spot on every shot.Tom Dean of Tucson, AZ - March, 25 2014:
Everything I was looking for in a long range hunting scope at a great price. Fast delivery. Thank you!Doug of Chugiak, AK - August, 14 2014:
Awesome scope! Mounted this on my Ruger SR762 and was hitting 3/4 inch groupings at 100 yards. Scope is crystal clear, the BDC reticle is the way to go! I can't say enough about this scope. This is my first Vortex scope and definitely not my last!Ben Curry of Atascadero, CA - May, 08 2015:
I found this scope on sale at a sportsman warehouse in Roseville, Ca and bought for a new Rem 700 in 243 cal. Mounted it up on the rifle and was amazed at how clear this thing is and how good the clarity is at the upper powers. I took a nice pig and Black Tail Deer last season using this scope and am very pleased with the performance so far. It was truely a "Value" at the price considering how clear the optics are and how well it's made and with a life time warranty. What's not to like? I like this scope so well that I am going to purchase another very soon and swap it out for an old VX 3 leupold I have on a 300 win mag. I would highly recommend this scope to anyone searching for high end optics at a reasonable and affordable price.
