At first the 10.75" long holster was going to be a makeshift extension to my leg holster for my S&W 500 with a 10.5" barrel but after I found out that the leg holster was a fail the UM holster turned out to be a decent cross draw holster. This wasn't designed for a S&W 500, but with its adjustable strap I was able to make it fit.

Holster works great with my S&W .357 mag with 4" barrel. Fits the gun like a glove and is very comfortable to wear.
