Uberti 1847 .44Cal Walker Black Powder Revolver - Hardened Frame, Steel Backstrap, Brass Trigger Guard. The large cylinder capacity of the Walker allows it to hold up to 60 grains of black powder and provides easy access to the percussion caps. The Walker features a brass square-back trigger guard. This design was an improvement over the Paterson's guardless folding trigger. The Walker was one of the first revolvers fitted with a loading lever. Colt later added a loading lever latch near the muzzle.

Picked up my Uberti Walker from Rohnert Park store. Very friendly staff there. Good pricing, as always. Have been shooting black powder for 30 years, this is my second Uberti, excellent build quality on both. Shoots great groups with 45 grains Pyrodex, a real hoot to shoot, easy to disassemble and clean, be sure to zip ty the mainspring before removing grip frame, the Walker uses a different main spring than the others. Great gun!
ordered this walker colt from sportsmans warehouse at the time their price was $60 cheaper then any other place I looked. they had a good sales prom at the time. the gun got to my house on the day they said it would. looked it over real good and could find not a thing wrong with it. took it out and shoot 6 rounds with it and it worked just fine very happy with the gun and the sevice thank you.
The quality of this over the Pietta(Traditions) guns staggering. The fit & finish is excellent. This is a very large revolver and takes time and practice to shoot well. However when you get it down this thing is just as accurate as anything else. This has been the most fun I had shooting.
