I have 5 pairs of Teva Olowahu sandals, some of them are more than 6 years old. I LOVE these sandals, and wear them most of the year. These sandals have a firm, thick self-healing sole that cushions the bottoms of your feet, extremely comfortable. Last month I had a blister on the bottom of my foot and these sandals are the only shoe I could wear until my foot healed. I toss them in the washer with a load of dark jeans and they come out looking like new. The soles have picked up thorns from puncture vine before, but the soles are so durable the thorns do not push through to hurt the bottoms of my feet. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. Black goes with everything!! I get compliments every time I wear them, because they look classy. I have never had a strap break on these sandals, and they stay on my feet, even walking in sand. Can't say enough good things about these sandals. Well worth the money because they will last for many, many years.
