pack changed my running

from Baltimore, md

i use this pack on long trailruns. Will be fitting a pouch with sawyer squeeze filter for creek drinking for longer runs. Could potentially do ultralight camping out of this pack.outer straps allow including alot of other gear if needed. Ran low on water the other day though. I def recommend at least 1 liter per 4 trail running miles).
