I work constuction and am on my feet all day. This insoles have helped my feet to stop hurting and makes it easy to be up on my feet all day, for hours at a time. I use these for every pair of boots I own.

I had a little pain in my arch and every shoe I tried did not feel like they had a high enough arch. I only have a medium arch but I needed more support. This Total Support insole is perfect for my needs. It fits most of my shoes from hiking and hunting to casual and everyday. I have several pairs of these that I switch in and out of my shoes so that I don't wear them down too quickly. They are very comfortable and very supportive. I work for 9 hours a day standing on concrete floors and my feet never get sore. I love this insole!
