Very inconsistent heat control. If there is any wind or changing sunlight on the smoker, the temperature can change by as much as 50 degrees causing over or underdone food. If you are serious about your food, get something with an adjustable or thermostatic temperature control.

I love my Little Chief smoker. I would recommend this product to anyone who is interested in smoking meat, cheese, or fish. Easy to use and lots of fun.

Used it twice to smoke salmon and so far it has done a great job. Really like being able to regulate the temperature. Had proprane smoker before this one and never could regulate the temp.
