Like the Stormfront Jacket, these pants are nothing short of amazing. I purchased these pants, along with the Sitka Stormfront jacket, gloves and gaiters, primarily to take along on a fly-in caribou hunt in northern Alaska. I couldn't have chosen better gear. The pants are lightweight, yet very durable. The articulated knees and adjustable waist also kept me comfortable. Because they are constructed of Gore-Tex, the pants are waterproof and breathable as well. The outer fabric does not absorb or hold water like many other hunting pants, which made them ideal for the wet conditions I faced for 8 days in the tundra. After spending many days in the rain, I simply shook the pants off and they were ready for another day. My father brought a pair of high-end hunting pants manufactured by a competitor and the Sitka pants were far superior. If you're looking for bombproof pants that handle all the conditions, look no further. I have tested many products for W.L. Gore and these are by far my favorite hunting pants.
