I have used Silencio earplugs for quite a few years and was well satisfied with them. Needing more, I ordered these thinking they were the same. They are not. This is the "new and improved" version, and they are not worth throwing out. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I picked up a pkg of these to use shooting the other day and I have to say for the money they are totally adequate for a whole day of shooting high powered rifles out on the range. I used one pair all from 11a to 3:30p and never once took them out of my ears. All day comfort and sound reduction that is as good as anything else I've used - including my expensive Winchester ear muffs! Would recommend and buy again.
