I bought the Tekota TK600LC for salmon fishing. It is no question the top of the line reel. It has plenty of drag for flighting big fish, plenty of line capacity and yet surprising light at only 16.9 oz. It has a very strong frame and is very comfortable in hand. The reel is rated for 300 yds of 20 lb test line, but in practice, I can put up to 350 ygs of 20 lb line on it. The line counter also has little condensation problems unlike some other reels. It worh the money.
