Received this Q-Vex 10 reel as a warranty replacement for a Quantum Incyte 10 which had developed bail failure after 10 months of weekly use. This reel lasted about 8 months before it developed bearing grind and bail failure. Sent it back and they replaced it with a Antix 10. Had this reel for 4 months before it started to develop bearing grind. Spoke to customer service, sent it back. replaced with another Antix 10. All the reels were cleaned and lubed after each use. Spent $40 in shipping charges.

I got this for my son, he doesn't take very good care of it but it's worked for him for a while. It's a good reel for the money, don't have any complaints yet. Keeps him happy.
