Bought a pair on 12/28/2012. They are not water proof, so I bought a bottle of Obenaufs Water Shield. The bottle says to apply 2 to 4 or more coats. I applied 7. I wore them today for the first time. WOW!!! These are the most comfortable shoes right out of the box that I have ever wore. They feel like I have on a really heavy pair of socks. And the soft sole makes them quiet while walking on hard surfaces. If I could improve on one thing, it would be to make the upper just a bit stiffer so it doesn't roll inside when you slip them on. I hope they hold up well.
