Pro Cure Sodium Sulfite - Tech grade 99% pure. A tremendous preservative that works exceptionally well on salmon, trout and steelhead eggs. Produces a heavy milking egg. Also both salmon and steelhead love the flavor, especially salmon. You can add up to a third of your total formula of sodium sulfite without getting too hot a cure formula. Resealable plastic jars.
