Lews Team Lews Gold Speed Spool Baitcast Reel - The Team Lew's Gold Speed Spool reel is a premium casting reel for the serious, discerning angler who demands the very best in fishing performance and quality components. This reel has most of the features of the Team Lew's Pro Speed Spool casting reel, but at a little over an ounce heavier. The reel features a one-piece die cast aluminum frame; Titanium Deposition Finish aluminum side plates; easily removable palming side plate; rugged carbon composite drag system with audible click metal star drag; Zero Reverse one-way clutch bearing; anodized gold detail finishing; aircraft-grade Duralumin drilled spool, drive gear, crankshaft and worm shaft; external-adjust Multi-Setting Brake (MSB) cast control; spool tension adjustment with audible click; lightweight 85mm carbon bowed handle with Lew's custom knobs; and a titanium-coated zirconia line guide. This is one of the toughest, smoothest casting reels you will ever own!
