Good quality product, however 6,900. Is crazy. 3,500 is acceptable price for this type of product.
I have had this trailer for six years. I have hauled it into some rough country in Alaska caribou hunting with two four wheelers' on it no problem. It gets 50 below zero here frequently and the large gas assist pistons for raising it and lowering it lost all pressure. You need these to put it up with ease and they are heavy duty. I called the customer service department with Jumping Jack and got a quote at $60.00 per spring and $80.00 to ship them to Fairbanks. They told me that they pretty much manufacture this Marine Grade spring only for Jumping Jack. This is above and beyond price gouging. Before this incident, I would have given this five stars. The man was rude and ridiculously expensive. If you have a Jumping Jack go to Moore industrial hardware online and get the spring you want for $23.00 a piece. They shipped them to Alaska for a $20.00 flat rate. Saving me $130.00.
Bought one in 06, used it about 30 to 50 nites a year , they are great..... sold it in 2013 to a friend who uses it about a dozen times a year
Just took our Jumping Jack to Yosemite and the Redwood Forest for a week and it was fabulous! We drove it through the mountains with my CX5. Kept us dry through the rains and up off the wet grounds.
We love our Jumping Jack trailer we use it for camping every other weekend from May thru Oct. It's fantastic even in the wind and rain! I think the only thing I would add is a screen door. It tows like a dream behind our F150.
Got one of the first packages from sportsmans Wherehouse road show in 2006. Only complaint is I have not used it to its full capability. While great for hunting, off road, family camping have yet to carry a quad or use as a utility trailer. Very solid, well made trailer. The marine canvas withstands the harshest rain and wind without a hitch. The 2x6 floor foundation has received many a compliment from BIG friends! Still have original tires (china) which some were replacing and no problems... Son is awaiting the JJ for his kids, can't think of a better gift or at my age, a hand-me-down
Tough as nails. Great back country set up. I?ve had one since 2008 and love it. From elk hunting in the snow to camping with the kids, it?s awesome.
I love everything you can do with these trailers. It's the best option I've found for bringing quads and your tent trailer at the same time. When I'm not camping I take the tent out and can use it as a utility trailer. My Jumping Jack gets used year round. The quality is FAR better than any of the copy cats I've seen.
