Jumping Jack Trailer Utility Tent Trailer Kit - The Jumping Jack Pop-Up Tent Trailer is truly one of a kind. Jumping Jack Trailer Utility Tent Trailer Kit - Whether you're out hunting, fishing, exploring the trails, or just enjoying the great outdoors, the Jumping Jack Trailer is perfect for the most rugged adventures. It provides you with the ability to haul all your equipment while still having a place to eat, sleep, and relax. The Jumping Jack Trailer easily converts from a heavy duty utility trailer to a comfortable canvas tent in less than five minutes. With 96 square feet of tent space, your Jumping Jack sleeps 4 to 6 people. The interior of the tent features two single beds and a swing up table. Also included is one half bed extension, great for sitting at the table (buy additional half bed extensions to make double beds on one or both sides and for use as couch backs). The tent's body is made from a water resistant marine canvas with double stitched seams and reinforced corners. The body of the trailer is made from powder coated steel. The Jumping Jack Trailer also converts into a heavy duty high wall utility trailer for hauling your bigger loads. This design converts easily by vertically lifting the front gate and connecting each side. Trailer includes one 15 inch spare tire. Jumping Jack Trailer Kits require the trailer tongue to be attached to the trailer body with four included bolts. Online Jumping Jack Trailer orders can only be shipped to a Sportsman's Warehouse store location. So, $1K for a similar trailer and $400 for an equivalent good quality tent from REI and you've got this set-up + $5.5K in your pocket. Furthermore, if your trailer can't reach your camp-site, the tent's useless, giving another advantage to purchasing a separate tent. Good idea gone wild in typical American fashion, where it's never wrong to spend money you don't have on stuff you don't need;)
It's a $1000 trailer folks, geeze, let's not pretend it's an RV. All these $145 add ons that should all be included in the price tag take it over $8000. You're gonna feel that price tag as soon as you get it into the woods and you realize you been had. For what it is, all options should be included, the propane tank should have steel permanent tubing to the rear of the trailer for the kitchenette I think it's a neat simple idea. And I Love the concept, I would love something this simple to take up north, BUT to ala cart all these add ons and then gouge the consumer for 7 grand PLUS, give me a break, everything out the door $2500 tops, sell em all day long at that price, everybody wins. And lets not even talk about how well built it is, who knows right? Everything is so well built these days. Can you say Harbor Freight. But its your money!
If you want a great little camper then the jumping jack is for you.Very easy to set up once you figure out the basics. When I first bought mine I apparently did the man thing and thought I could simply muscle it up but that proved to be fruitless.I soon tried what the instruction video so clearly tells you to do and as I was pulling back on it I stepped off then back on as I was pushing it up.Very simple.I will say you need to use extreme care around the bars inside.I found out the hard way they like fingers.Good thing my wife was there or it coulda been a long time before someone came by.Still after all that I love my jumping jack.
Some of my friends in Utah have a Jumping Jack and I fell in love with it. You can use them for just about everything! When I went to Sportsmans to buy one for myself I found out that here in AZ we have to get the Kit trailers. I was a little worried about that. It turns out all you need to do is bolt the trailer tongue on. it only took a few bolts (came with the trailer) and about 5 minutes. Not a big deal at all. I love my Jumping Jack and have already bought a few of the accessories to customize it.
