If you live where the bugs are, you always have 5 or 6 cans of this with you at all times. It seems to protect very well, but I use the Ben's deet free for my kids.

Very easy to use for someone by themselves. need to use more than one application every 5 hours if its hot out and your sweating alot. Otherwise great product!
