Clean, attractive brass should be the goal of every reloader. Cleaning brass by tumbling is the economical, safe first step in assembling quality handloads. Besides ensuring long life for the most valuable component of your ammunition, cleaning your brass will help reduce wear and tear on your expensive reloading dies, not to mention the chamber of your firearm. Grit and grime from uncleaned brass can become imbedded in the inner surfaces of your sizing dies, scratching and marring every subsequent case. The same grime can be expected to accelerate wear in the chamber and feeding system of your rifle or handgun The Frankford Arsenal Case Tumbler provides a quick, easy, and economical means to clean your brass. Used in conjunction with Frankford Arsenal Walnut and Corn Cob Medias, the Quick-N-EZ Case Tumbler removes fouling, lube, and oxidation quickly and conveniently. It will hold up to 600 9mm or 350 223 cases.

I have been using mine for about four years and it works as advertised, follow the directions on medium and quantity of brass and you get excellent results every time. works fine with walnut or corn but I prefer walnut. Do not try and clean 9 mm with 40 cal with 45 ACP, at the same time, they go inside each other which I would call an operator error. I have processed over 55,000 cases and love the results. If mine died today i would order the exact replacement within the hour.

Ok for what I paid for it.

Have had this Tumbler for nine years. It finally quit on me. The plastic bowl began to crack after only a few months of use but I repaired the cracks with epoxy and kep using it. The springs that hold the bowl are only hot glued in their sockets and came loose after a few months so I had to manually reseat them all the time. The center screw that secures the lid is just a bare threaded rod that will scratch the cases unless you cover it,as I did with duct tape or something else. The motor became intermittent after 3 years but I was able to clean and overhaul it and keep it going. So it got the job done even with all it's flaws...but I only paid $35.00 for it. At the current price which is nearly double what I paid, I would definitely consider a different brand, assuming they have not improved their quality along with the increased price. If you are a high volume reloader this definitely not the best choice..if you only need to clean a few hundred cases a year it might be ok.
