I picked this oven up about 3 months ago. It's amazing, I've done everything in or on it !! I use the bulk tank hose, only 30 bucks. The oven and burners are a little tricky to light, but you will master it after a few tries. I've cook, cookies, rolls, and many other types of meats in the oven. My only complaint is you really need to watch the temp, mist not like your home oven. The burners work great with the griddle (worth getting). Made pancakes and was able to keep warm in oven. It's durable and can hold up being banged around. I did find a hard plastic case for mine, but the soft carry bag works good too.
My husband used it while camping in Idaho recently. He was in a wall tent and hunting for whitetail deer. He said it worked great!!!
I bought a used camper trailer that didn't have an oven so my kids gave me one of these as a birthday gift. We use it much more than we used the factory oven in our old camper as it doesn't heat up your living area since it's used outside. Most of our camping is in the summer and who needs more heat inside. Now I bske muffins in the morning and cookies or brownies almost every evening. I like to cook breakfast on a griddle that covers both top burners. Those burners are easy to adjust from high to low heat and all temps between. I cook pancakes bacon and eggs in stages keeping everything warm in the oven so all the food is hot when it's time to eat. Try that on a gas stove outside. The oven temperature adjustment takes some getting used to. I burned a few cookies at first but found that using a good heavy, even a cast iron as suggested by Camp Chef, cookie sheet works great. Lasagna turned out great. I was going to hook it to my camper gas bottle but I have cooked many meals on one disposable propane tank so don't see the need now.
