This is absolutely a wonderful tool that cuts your cooking time down by almost a half, works on anything you want to put it on even though they call it a bacon press and it not only cuts down on the time it takes to cook bacon but prevents the bacon from curling up, I hate it when that happens!!

I don't know why I haven't bought this press sooner!! I hate to flip curley bacon! This product keeps bacon flat and speeds up the cooking process, love it!!
