Brad of Ringgold, GA - April, 03 2011:

I purchased two magazines and they work just fine. After firing 400 rounds I had about 5 jams. Two were due to the ammo not ejecting the other three were due to the magazine. That is roughly the same as the stock Ruger magazine when new. Very impressed with quality.

Jose of Willcox, AZ - June, 14 2011:

Purchased 3 of these mags. 1 worked perfectly from the get go however I had problems with the other two. One stove piped the empty casings approximately every other shot and the other would not feed the rounds. The spring seemed to hang up in the mag. I used a variety of ammo brands and bullet types with the same results. Ended up lubricating all of the mags with graphite (even though one worked perfectly) and they all run fine now.

Todd of Midvale, UT - March, 16 2013:

The Steel Lips is the only way to go

Brian of Hyde Park, UT - January, 02 2014:

Not very happy with these magazines. I purchased 5 and 3 of them have the same problem and will not feed the last 5 bullets and I have only had them for a week. Lubricating the magazine does not help. It is a poor design as the spring is not strong enough. Because I do not have the packaging they will not refund my money to buy some original Ruger magazines, which I have never had problems with. Stay away from these magazines.
