While not a big fan of "Insta" or "Perma" focus binoculars these work fairly well. The weight makes them easily packable for an all day hunt. With my corrective eye sight surgery these do cause some eye strain after a full day of glassing but I have mono vision after surgery. For someone looking for a good pair of bino's for their hunt and being able to see in distance these should work very well for him/her.
