This dry rub bacon cure I used two boxes on 50 lbs of pork shoulder and made the Best Bacon anyone around here has ever had! Followed the easy instructions, smoked em on the last day for about 6 or 8 hours, sliced em thick and vacuum packed em... Delicious! I'm gonna make more soon!
I have made bacon from pork belly about 4 times. This is a great cure and easy to do. Has wonderfull taste and every one loves it. My grandkids always ask for my homemade bacon when they are staying with us.
I have used Buckboard baccon cure, for 10 years, and have been more than happy with the results. Excellent flavor, simple instructions. I have used pork shoulder and pork loin. I recommend this to anyone who want great taste, and the satisfaction of making your own.
