I bought this bag for late season deer and elk hunting. Now I use it for everything. It keeps me warm enough that I can go winter camping without being cold at all. I'm a big and tall guy and I have all the room I would ever need. I'm going to try it on a spring backpacking trip in two weeks. Packs down small enough that I won't have to take a huge pack.
