Getting an electric fillet knife was the best thing I've done to make the job of cleaning up a mess of perch or crappies or catfish much easier. It allows me to literally fly through them, shortening the overall process. Also, this kit has several different electrical attachments, enabling me to clean fish anywhere there is an available power source (home, camper, or even out on the boat).

I took this knife to Lake Powell recently. Let me just say that I don't know how I lived without an electric fillet knife in the past! Now I don't dread the process of cleaning a bunch of stripers for our camp fish fries anymore!
