Benchmade Griptilian 551 Folding Knives - The 551 series Griptilian knives feature AXIS®lock reliability, textured molded handle scales, and premium blade steel. The 551S and 551-ORG feature blades made from 154CM stainless steel, while the 551H2O has a blade made of highly corrosion resistant X15 T.N. stainless steel. They all have modified drop point blades with ambidextrous functioning dual thumb studs. The patented AXIS®locking mechanism is among the strongest in the industry. The Valox handles are textured for easy grip in any condition and have 420J stainless liners for added strength. The 551 series knives also have reversible steel carry clips.
