Carl H of Des Moines, IA - April, 22 2011:

Just love my Alpen spotting scope. Great features and quality at an affordalbe price.

Bob of Mountain Home, ID - April, 23 2011:

Good scope for the price, not the best preformance in low light.

Mike of Boise, ID - April, 23 2011:

I enjoy my Alpen kit, I use it to trap my last Falcon. At its highist power it needs a lot of light, but works great on low powers.

Matt of Grand Junction, CO - April, 28 2011:

I got this scope to just use for sighting in rifles. It works very well for the down range sights that I needed. Recommend buying a better tripod; any wind and they move around easily.

CJ of Orem, UT - April, 29 2011:

This is the first spotting scope that I have bought. It got the job done during the hunting season and work out pretty good for me. The only time I seemed to have trouble with it was in the low light, I would try to zoom it in on the animal and it would loose to much light and could not see very good.

Jonathan of Chattanooga, TN - May, 05 2011:

Alpen makes a good scope at an affordable price. Great for the range but light transmission could be better in lower light conditions.

Adam of Southaven, MS - May, 05 2011:

This is an outstanding product by Alpen. A lot of people do not believe this is a very good spotting scope but you can not beat the price for the material. I have shot long range a lot and this is as crisp and clear as they get.

Jeremy of Southaven, MS - May, 06 2011:

Ive been very pleased with my new Alpen spotting scope, I was at first skeptical about the brand only because Ive never been familar with them but after using it ive been very pleased. very good light transfer in low light conditions.

Darrin of Tucson, AZ - May, 07 2011:

Good value for the price. Great for a range spotting scope not as good for low light.

Becky of Soldotna, AK - July, 09 2011:

Absolutely love this scope. It's very durable and can be used without any problems in rain and snow. I bought 2 actually and gave one to my dad and he uses it constantly. Great product, you won't be dissappointed.

Becky of Soldotna, AK - July, 09 2011:

Great product for the cost. Works great in sleet, rain and snow. Light weight and durable.

Bob of West Valley, UT - September, 26 2012:

Great scope for the money, and Alpen is an awesome company to work with if you have any warranty issues.

Andy Gallagher of Graham, WA - January, 05 2013:

Bought and used my Aspen yesterday and was really pleased with it. Not expensive so I know I got my moneys worth. Great used on the range bench but I do have a suggestion for those who might be headed for big country and need to check a scope. Stop by a camera shop or some place simular, and buy a $14.00 tripod with telescoping legs. My camera tripod fits the spotting scope. Enjoy your shooting and help speak out against the new gun regs!

Eddie of Denver, CO - June, 10 2014:

This product is great at an affordable price. The field of view is clear and I have thoroughly enjoyed this spotting scope.
