Loyalty


#1 How to register you loyalty card?
  • Step 1: Go to www.sportsmanswarehouse.com and sign in or create an account.
  • Step 2: Click on the My Profile tab and fill out form. (Use the phone number given to cashier during checkout)
  • Step 3: Click on the Loyalty Program tab.
  • Step 4: Follow the instructions on the page.
  • Step 5: Click the register button.

#2 How to add points for a purchase?

Email customerservice@sportsmanswarehouse.com with the following:

  • Name on Card:
  • Loyalty Card Number:
  • The phone number you signed up with at the register:
  • Transaction Number (please note that this is not labeled, but can be found above the date and time at the bottom of your receipt, following the # sign):
  • Register number:
  • Subtotal amount:
  • Date of Transaction:
  • Store number or location:

#3 If you are having trouble registering your loyalty card, do the following
  • 1-Verify that your online profile phone number matches the phone number given at the register.
  • 2-Make sure there are no dashes or spaces in the phone number.
  • 3-If your online profile phone number matches the phone number given at the register then please contact us at Email customerservice@sportsmanswarehouse.com with the following information.

Orders

#1 When will my order ship?
The vast majority of our orders are shipped via UPS ground with the exception of gift card orders that ship USPS. All orders will be processed the same day as received if received before 11:00 AM MST, if received after the 11:00 AM MST deadline it will be processed the following day. Ship to store orders ship once a week with the stores merchandise. Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

#2 How do I track my order?
Click Here or you can track a package through www.UPS.com at this time you can't track a Ship to Store order. Please allow 7-12 business days for it to arrive at the store. You will be notified by the store when your order is available for pick-up.

#3 Can I cancel/modify my order?
If you would like to add to your order, or increase the quantity please place an additional order for the additional items or quantities. Please note that we may not be able to cancel your order once your order has been submitted.

#4 Do you ship internationally? We do not ship internationally at this time. To place an order both the billing and shipping address have to be within the United States.

#5 When will my return be processed? From the time the order is sent back please allow 2-3 weeks for you refund to be processed. Click here

Ship To Store Orders

*Ship to store orders Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

#1 Are all items available through ship to store? Most items are available with exception of some ammunition and items that are prohibited by local restrictions.

#2 Can I track my ship to store order? Items being shipped to store are not available to be tracked. These shipments ship once a week with the stores merchandise. You will be notified by the store once your order arrives. Please allow 7-12 business days for your order to arrive at the store.

#3 Where do I pick up my order? You may pick up your order at the customer service desk. Please have a valid photo ID. Pick up hours are the same as store hours. For store hours visit our store locator page - Click here
